I hope this is a joke. That is incredibly, incredibly dangerous. Don't try anything too hastily. Get books on the sex change. I'm sure some of them contain information on how to find funding. Also, work as hard as you can and save up. In this day and age, it takes a lot of money to do most things.

Please don't try to cut it off. You cannot seriously be thinking about doing something like this yourself. Not even the Jackass show would attempt such a thing...you would bleed to death after you pass out.
I am not sure how old you are but this is an issue that you need to see a counselor to talk about and there may be ways you can do this with a real doctor that you can afford one day...just not a self service kind of thing to do.

That should keep you busy. There is no such thing as doing a ';sex change'; on yourself. As a matter of fact it's a good way to bleed to death. Besides if you're going to have surgery later the surgeon is going to need that donor material.
