How to handle Superiors at office?

One of my friend has asked me this and i cant figure the answer. Please help

my friends boss dosent listen to anyone. what ever he says is true. even if my friends says out of exprience he will start witha a no no you are wrong. he accepts his mistake though but to convince him that he is mistaken is a real pain in the A**.
