Why do some women rely on men to find out how attractive they are?

....shouldn't you have enough belief in yourself to know how pretty or attractive you are?

And why rely on men to determine that for you. Men, generally, have sooo many different taste in what they like on and about women, like 31 flavors of ice cream, if you let someone else determine beauty for you, then you'll be constantly changing yourself for someone all the time, driving yourself crazy trying to live up to someone else's standards.



It just dosen't make sense to me.Why do some women rely on men to find out how attractive they are?
As you rightly said it SOME WOMEN, not all, who are these some wome,? those who do not believe in themself, and when they do not know to believe them self, how will they know some men are always liers?Why do some women rely on men to find out how attractive they are?

not just men...other people...its mental...people have this need to be wanted...i dont understand it either
I think it is low self esteem. It might also be that they were raised to believe that their opinion matters less than a man's.
