How do you change yourself? open minded people only.?

today I was reading some old essays from high school, the topics where about myself, how I viewed myself, my personality and goals in life. as I was reading I felt that I have changed, not for the better. Befoe I was more patiant. I had more goals in life, I actually looked forward for something and I was more open minded. now it seems like I get cranky more often and easily, before I was very optimistic now I just feel like everything is wrong and is going to stay wrong.. those essays were writen from 2-1 years ago..anybody ever felt like this? any ideas why this could of happen or what i can do to fix it?How do you change yourself? open minded people only.?
Change your habits. Your life is what it is because of an accumulation of habits that you might not be aware of. Make note of those habits and break them.

Health: If you are not happy with the way you're eating, change your diet! Eat out of all of the food groups. Mostly vegetable and fruits. Do not starve yourself. Don't force yourself to eat only vegetable or fruits. It might make you not want to eat vegetable or fruit even more. Quietly and calmly, start eating your food.

Fitness: If you do not exercise often, try exercising 20 minutes a day. Print out this schedule. Exercising does not always mean doing push-ups, running laps and doing sit-ups.

Friends: If you have friends that don't treat you well, you should change things around. Sit them down quietly, and tell them that you are upset.

Make a list of all the things you want to do and do them! If you've always wanted to audition for theater, then go ahead and do it! This will help to reduce 'hanging around' and wishing. This even applies if you want to be an astronaut : you might not effectively become one, but becoming savvy in astrophysics and space will make you realize that you're capable of it. Good luckHow do you change yourself? open minded people only.?
maybe you are depressed now? having issues in your life? re think your goals and what makes you happy and then work to achieve them.. think postive.. law of attraction, think about something you want and then let it go
I assume you're in college now? College really changes a person's personality and molds our view of the world. It seems like you were more childish in high school; now that you've seen the perils of college and the truths of the world, you have a better understanding of what life is exactly like.

There could be a way to fix it, but ask yourself, do you really want to? Maybe you're just going through a rough patch right now, so it seems like you're always angry. It may seem depressing, but perhaps you've changed for the better. Ask old friends if they like the new you and how exactly you have changed. I know it may seem like the world sucks and everyone that lives in it sucks too, but you can train yourself to stay positive.
We should try for a total mental change as well as physical change.

Physically, we should try to join some Yoga or meditation class and try to make our body perfect. Our body should be fit, energetic, shining, majestic with good vitality and splendor.

Mentally we should try to be honest, sincere, disciplines, organized, systematic, orderly, etc. etc.

We should try for a quality life.

We should be principled in our approach.

We should have positive attitudes.

Thus our mind should be fresh, dynamic, bright, sharp, strong, simple, calm, perfect, etc. etc.

These basics are sufficient to take us to super heights.
