to be free you cannot change your world. You have to change yourself. When I used to look out at this world, all i could see was its edges, its boundaries, its rules, its controls, its leaders and laws. But now, I see another world. A world where everything is possible. I cant tell you how to get there, but i know if you can free your mind... You will find a way.

Every person has their own definition of their 'world'.
It's basically says don't lose control or let it get away from you (i.e., don't let the tail wag the dog), unless it's intentional.To be free you cannot change your world. You have to change yourself...?
Change your mind. Change your world. As you see it.
It has a lot of truth to it. It is impossible to change the world. But as the old saying goes, ';To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world. '; It is the little things people see that make them worth everything!
Other than being true, it won't happen. Humans will always be stuck in their own ways.
You can not change the wind but you can adjust the sail.
