How do you try to change yourself once you got use to one way???

Well, I was trying to help my friend change herself, and she keeps going back to the same way, how would you fix that, and any advice for her? She's worried. And, she's not a friend I should say, shes more like a sistah to me. We hangout allmost every hour of the day. Haha.How do you try to change yourself once you got use to one way???
you're such a supportive friend/sistah. that's really nice. well, first thing, your friend has to be really DETERMINED to change, i suppose she is.. good thing also she has your support to be able to encourage her whenever she falters or dont get instant results. .



encourage her to be consistent with the willingness to change at least in the next 21days (as she's developing a new habit) stress may be a result to a persisting bad habit, resisting change. just hang on. Its pretty normal to feel discouraged when we dont get INSTANT results. There's no overnight success in whatever change we hope for in ourselves.. so patience is another tool for the change.
