if possible...How can you change yourself to start enjoying lifting weights?
Listening to music helps. Also dedicating each set to someone you don't like. Just release the aggression man.How can you change yourself to start enjoying lifting weights?
Think of the benefits of having upper body strength and endurance.
First just fight through it. Once you start to see your body improve you will want to do more. It is like buying a house then always going to the Home Depot....
